When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, along with the service you're interested in if you select one. We also process your IP address, solely to rate-limit and prevent abuse of the form — it isn't stored beyond that purpose.

How We Use It

Your submission is used only to respond to your inquiry. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone beyond the processor described below.

Third-Party Processors

Contact form submissions are relayed via Resend, our transactional email provider, which delivers the message to our inbox on our behalf as a data processor.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not currently use cookies or run analytics or tracking scripts. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember your language preference (English/Portuguese) — this is strictly functional and never leaves your device. If analytics or tracking is introduced in the future, we'll ask for your consent first via the cookie banner shown on this site, and you can change your choice anytime from the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

Data Retention

We don't store contact form submissions in a database — they're relayed directly to our inbox by email. We keep that correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than required by law.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact details below. You can also lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD, or your local supervisory authority.
